About
I Grew Up in the Trades.
My dad ran his own electrical business, so growing up, the trades were all around me. I rode along on jobs, handing up tools and watching how he talked with customers. I still tag along now and then. Old habits.
At fifteen, I started doing the marketing for Arnold Electric, a family-owned electrical company. I had no clue what I was doing. What I had was the chance to learn on real jobs, for a real business, with real customers — where marketing either brings in work or it doesn’t.

Do that long enough and you learn what most agencies never see from the outside: what actually grows a home service company. It’s rarely ads shouted at strangers. It’s the customers who already know you, remembering your name when the need comes back around.
That’s Horton Hears Marketing. I didn’t pick this niche off a list — I was raised in it. A marketer who knows the trades from the truck seat, not the textbook.

What I believe
Relationships beat reach. One loyal customer is worth more than a hundred strangers who scrolled past your ad.
Sound like a person. No spam, no gimmicks, just messages people are glad to get.
Be remembered. The whole game is being the first name they think of.
Who I work with
Plumbers, HVAC pros, electricians, landscapers, roofers, cleaners, and other home service businesses who are great at the work and ready to get more from the customers they have already earned.
